Products
Our products are made to order and personalized. You are responsible for providing accurate information for personalization. We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate our guidelines or that we cannot fulfil.
Orders and payment
Payment is due at checkout. We will confirm your order by email. Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. All amounts are in EUR unless stated otherwise.
Returns and refunds
Because our products are personalized, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is faulty or not as described. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us with a photo within 14 days; we will replace or refund as appropriate. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Limitation of liability
We are liable for direct loss caused by our breach of these terms or by our negligence, up to the amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or delays caused by third parties (e.g. carriers).
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. For existing orders, the terms at the time of order apply.
